Francesco is a lawyer specialised in real estate law, with particular reference to contracts, and in data processing and data protection law, including personal data.
He has been assisting for more than ten years both private and regulated national companies as well as multinational corporate entities in significant investment transactions in real estate assets for retail with particular regard to shopping centres, retail parks and outlets, hotel and leisure, student housing, both industrial and logistic .
He also provides constant advice to his clients in drafting and negotiating all the contracts necessary for the day-to-day management of shopping centres and hotels.
In carrying out his assignments he collaborates with the firm’s professionals specialised in the real estate sector.
Francesco regularly assists his clients with the processing and protection of data, including personal data, to leading Italian companies, including regulated ones, and multinationals, active in the real estate, investment management, entertainment and IT security sectors.
He is also currently appointed as Data Protection Officer (DPO) of several vehicle owners of leading shopping centres located throughout national territory. For these, he also provides consultancy on the conduct of events pursuant to Presidential Decree 430/2001.
In carrying out his assignments, he collaborates with professionals of the firm specialised in the data protection sector.
Graduated from the Catholic University of Milan, Francesco subsequently spent periods of study and work at Columbia University in New York and obtained an LL.M. in International Business Law from Queen Mary, University of London; he passed the Bar exam at the Brescia Court of Appeal and is a member of the Milan Bar Association. Before founding Conti Studio Legale, Francesco trained at the Milan offices of two of the most renowned Italian law firms with an international vocation, where he assisted leading companies operating in the real estate and private equity sectors and, subsequently, at the law firm of Professor Valerio Tavormina. Francesco Conti is often called upon to give lectures on data protection and cyber security, including at Universities.
Elettra is a lawyer who provides out-of-court assistance in contractual and corporate matters, with particular reference to real estate, for various shopping centers and hotels.
She graduated with full marks from the University of Milan, at the same university she is a Expert in the field of Tax Law (Prof. Francesco V. Albertini).

Alessandra is a civil lawyer specializing in the fields of inheritance consultancy, planning of generational transitions, wealth management, corporate transactions.
She has extensive legal expertise relating to civil and corporate law and, specifically, inheritance law, family law and voluntary jurisdiction, as well as notarial law.
Following her law degree from Bocconi University with a thesis on contractual matters, her traditional legal training was supplemented, also in English, by aspects and notions relating to economics.
Both prior to graduation and in the following years she gained a brief experience at the Juvenile Court of Milan alongside a Magistrate of the Civil Section.
She has collaborated with notary firms while attending notarial training courses.
Today you collaborate with the lawyer Francesco Conti and in particular with the professionals of the Firm specialized in the asset and corporate field, with attention to aspects relating to the protection and management of assets as well as the generational change.

Felice is a doctor of law specializing in civil, corporate and real estate law, as well as urban planning and administrative law, with specific reference to contracts.
He is also specialized in family law and inheritance matters, with specific regard to the aspects of generational handover and legal management of assets.
He has been collaborating for years with prominent notary firms offering consultancy in real estate and corporate transactions.
He graduated from the University of Milan with an experimental thesis on Rent to Buy contracts.
While writing his law-school thesis and in the 5 years following graduation, he deepened his preparation in the subjects of civil and corporate law by attending multiple courses set up by higher education schools and notaries.
Felice actively collaborates with the Department of Civil Law at the University of Milan and he is an expert on the subject of Private Law at the same university.

Ha recentemente pubblicato, tra gli altri, un articolo nella sezione Norme e Tributi Plus del Sole 24 Ore, dal titolo: “La protezione dei dati all’interno dell’Unione europea: un’introduzione al GDPR”.

Sofia graduated from the University of Milan (“Università degli Studi di Milano”) with a French-Italian double degree joint program with the Université Toulouse 1 Capitole. She strengthened her preparation training as Compliance Officer, being awarded a French university diploma on Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Corruption Law (Loi n. 2016-1691 du 9 décembre 2016 relative à la transparence, à la lutte contre la corruption et à la modernisation de la vie économique ou “Loi Sapin II”).
Sofia completed her university education with an internship in the “Ethics & Compliance” department of a well-known French pharmaceutical and dermocosmetic company.
Sofia provides assistance in the area of civil litigation, for commercial and corporate matters and for several shopping centers. She co-operates with the firm’s colleagues in the field of data protection.”

Marco began his collaboration with the firm after graduating in law from the University of Milan, with a thesis in legal information entitled “Digital investigations and the right to privacy. OSINT, terrorism and cyber security “.
During his training, he gained some experience in the IT and new technologies sector, with regard to the topic of cybersecurity.
He also spent a period of study abroad at the University of Krakow, where he participated in seminars and other meetings on EU law.
He provides assistance in matters of data protection and cybersecurity to investment and property management companies, with particular regard to the activities of adapting the privacy legislation and also supports the data protection officers of major shopping centers nationwide.
